Is my shipment insured?
Yes! While extremely rare, shipping damage is possible despite the care I take in packaging. In order to file a claim, please contact me within 2 days of receipt of your purchase. Retain all packing materials including the box, and photograph the item clearly showing the damage. I will file a claim with the carrier and in some cases you will be asked to return the item or provide additional information to the carrier. Your refund will be provided after I receive the insurance payment.
